Designed for individuals in high-demand or emotionally intensive professions, this workshop helps participants recognise the psychological toll of their work and develop strategies to maintain balance and wellbeing. The session addresses compassion fatigue, burnout, and emotional labour, offering practical methods to strengthen resilience and sustain motivation. Participants will also design personalised self-care plans and explore professional resources for ongoing support.
