Corporate Recognition Programme

Our Corporate Recognition Programme honours and celebrates organisations that demonstrate a strong commitment to integrating Mental Health First Aid into their workplace culture.

This certification has value to organisations across various industries.
Recognised workplaces report that participation enhances their corporate
reputation and culture while reinforcing the value of Mental Health First Aiders and their skills among employees.

Three tiers of certification are offered, each recognising organisations based on the percentage of employees trained in Mental Health First Aid. Gold represents the highest percentage, Silver the second highest, while Bronze represents the minimum percentage to obtain the certification. The table below illustrates the percentages according to the organisation’s size (small, medium, large).

Application Process

You can apply at any time, but applications are assessed and recognised at the
beginning of each quarter as follows:

  • Q1: Applications received between September to November:
    Recognition from 1 January
  • Q2: Applications received between December to February:
    Recognition from 1 April
  • Q3: Applications received between March to May:
    Recognition from 1 July
  • Q4: Applications received between June to August:
    Recognition from 1 October
