Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT) training programme provides a structured pathway for professionals to develop expertise in this integrative, time-limited therapy approach. The training equips practitioners with skills to collaboratively work with clients, identifying problematic patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving that may stem from past experiences. By mapping out these patterns, therapists and clients co-create strategies for change, fostering self-awareness and healthier relationships. CAT training is designed for mental health professionals, including psychologists, counsellors, and social workers, and includes theoretical learning, practical skills development, and supervised practice. The programme emphasises a client-centered approach, promoting empathy and collaboration. Graduates are prepared to deliver effective, personalised therapy that addresses both current challenges and underlying relational dynamics, making CAT a valuable tool in diverse therapeutic settings.
